Voice data, plainly.
FirstWord is in private beta. This page explains how test-call data is used in the product today, without pretending the beta is a full legal policy.
What FirstWord stores
When you make a browser test call, FirstWord keeps the call details needed to let you review it later: transcript, summary, analysis, recording playback, timing, and related call metadata.
How voice data is processed
FirstWord processes voice test calls so the assistant can answer, produce transcripts and summaries, and help you refine its behavior from the call context. Calls may be processed by third-party voice infrastructure providers such as Retell.
Account connection
Test call data is associated with your signed-in FirstWord account. That lets you see your own call history, open call details, and use a past call to update your assistant rules.
Deleting data
You can delete individual calls from inside the app. During beta, you can also request broader account or call-data deletion by contacting the product owner or FirstWord team directly.
